Sanctioned Cookoff:  $125 Entry fee for teams.  Categories include Pinto Beans, Chicken, Spare Ribs and Brisket.  CASH PRIZES for top finisher in each category and grand champion.  Teams receive five bracelets to the event.  All team members must have a bracelet.  Click here for Cookoff Information, Rules and Registration.

Kids: All kid attractions are FREE! Face-Painting, Balloon Animals, and a Magic Show by Knucklehead Duh Clown, as well as a supervised Moon Bounce!  Kids games start at 4:30 pm.   

Everyone: Games outside, a Silent Auction inside, and great music all day!

Great BBQ! Jim Uptmore '53 & Crew will be cooking up chicken, sausage and beans.  In addition, to chicken, brisket will also be served.  BBQ plates will feature your choice of two out of three meats as well as beans, tasty potato salad and desserts.  Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm.

Free COUNTRY-WESTERN DANCE:  MAX STALLING TEXAS  AGGIE CLASS OF '89 dance starts about 7:45 pm. 

Money:  All monies raised on May 8th will benefit San Antonio area scholarships and the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation. 

Tickets: $20 Presale $25 Day of the Event for Adults.  $10 ages 5-12.  Children 4 and under get in free.  Tickets include 6 hours of entertainment, a two-meat BBQ plate with the works, beverages, dessert, AND admission to the evening’s dance.
