The San Antonio A&M Club will hold its Annual Business Meeting on Monday, November 9, 2009 at Aggie Park.  Doors will open at 5:30pm with a FREE Rudy’s BBQ plate served to any/all members in attendance.  (Donations are always appreciated.)  The meeting will begin shortly after 6:00pm. 

At the meeting, the President, the Executive Committee (Officers) and the Board of Directors will present the State of the Club to the members of the San Antonio A&M Club.  Also during the meeting, elections will be held for the 2010 Board of Directors and Officers of the San Antonio A&M Club (and Foundation).  In addition, a prepared written statement of the Club’s audited financials will be presented to the members.  2009 Club President, Steve Grams ’94, will preside over the meeting. 

If you are interested in nominating someone (or yourself) for a position on the Board of Directors, please contact Suzanne at Aggie Park for a Nomination Form.  The deadline to get completed forms to Aggie Park is Monday, October 26, 2009.  Bill Mason is the chair of the Nomination Committee with Bonnie Hitschel and Kevin Monk also serving on the Committee.
