About the Speaker
Mayor of Castle Hills.
JR was born and raised in San Antonio and is 9th generation Texan. He is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business where he doubled majored in Marketing and Management. He serves as the COO of his family-owned general contractor firm, Treco Enterprises Inc. He also has a passion for serving his community, he was first elected as City Council member for the City of Castle Hills at the age of 29. In May 2019 he was elected Mayor, this past May he was re-elected to his 4th term as Mayor.
