The Event

Join us on Monday, July 21, 2025, for our highly anticipated San Antonio A&M Club Coach's Night. Be sure to reserve your spot early to avoid missing out on this major fundraiser of the year in support of the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation Scholarship Program. Enjoy an evening of Aggie fellowship, featuring messages from Coach Elko, The Association of Former Students, and the 12th Man Foundation. Enjoy photo opportunities with Reveille and the Yell Leaders, bid on great live and silent auction items, and shop with several Aggie merchandise vendors.

Sales will close on Monday, July 14, 4 pm. No ticket sales are available the day of the event. 

Please also note this will be a cashless event; we will not be accepting cash day of for our games and auctions, etc.

General Admission Individual VIP Ticket (For Members) - $300

For San Antonio A&M Club dues paying members. Must be logged into your active member account to purchase. Includes admission to the VIP pre-event reception before the program and a seat at a general admission table. Ticket includes a meal, open bar access, and swag.

 

General Admission Individual Member Tickets - $150

For San Antonio A&M Club dues paying members. Must be logged into your active member account to purchase. Includes a seat at a general admission table. Ticket includes a meal and 1 drink ticket. Cash bar will be available.

 

General Admission Individual Non-Member Tickets - $200

Includes a seat at a general admission table. Ticket includes a meal and 1 drink ticket. Cash bar will be available.

 

 Volunteer Sign Ups

Sign Up

Volunteers will receive a discounted ticket price. Once you sign up, Esha Mohammed, the Events and Marketing Manager will email you the links to the discounted tickets from marketing@saamcf.org marketing@saamcf.org.

Minimum of 3 hours of volunteer time required.
