PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES

  • Boot Scootin for Scholarships*
    An annual country music benefit concert held each fall. Enjoy great music, make new memories, and help raise funds for scholarships for local future Aggies.

  • Aggie Family BBQ*
    An annual summer event featuring a meal of BBQ chicken, sausage, beans and potato salad expertly cooked and prepared by Aggie volunteers. Offering a perfect day of family fun, this event includes tailgate games, silent and live auctions, bounce houses, train rides, snow cones, cotton candy and more.

  • Aggie Golf Classic*
    This annual spring golf tournament is set up as a four person scramble. Participants are provided lunch prior to tee-off. When tournament play is complete, golfers enjoy a catered meal and an awards ceremony, door prizes, and raffle prizes.

     
  • Aggie Happy Hour
    These gatherings are held monthly on the 3rd Thursday at various San Antonio establishments, and on occasion at Aggie Park. The Young Aggies organize and host these events, but Aggies of all ages are welcome.

  • Aggie Muster  
    San Antonio area Aggies gather at Aggie Park each year on April 21 to share in our Muster tradition of fellowship and honoring the memory of fellow Aggies who have died in the past year. The Club’s Muster ceremony includes a guest speaker, Roll Call and candle lighting ceremony, followed by complimentary refreshments.

     
  • Aggie Park Game Bus
    The Club charters a bus to all Aggie home football games that departs Aggie Park 5 hours and 30 minutes before the game kick-off time, and leaves College Station within an hour after the game. Drop off and pick-up is in close proximity to Kyle Field. Both individual game bus passes and season passes are available.

  • The Alamo Aggie 
    The official publication of the San Antonio A&M Club is published six times a year and distributed both electronically and in print. This newsletter keeps members informed on Club activities and also offers a great opportunity for businesses to advertise to a large Aggie audience.

  • Club Christmas Party 
    The annual Christmas Party is a gift to Club members, featuring a delicious meal, a photo booth, music, dancing, and our Blue Santa toy drive. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the successes of the year, recognize volunteers and board members for their service, and welcome new board members for the coming year.

  • Club Foundation
    The San Antonio A&M Club Foundation was established by the San Antonio A&M Club and granted 501(c)(3) non-profit status in 1983. The Club Foundation operates as a public charity allowing donations to be eligible for tax deduction and matching gifts.

  • Coach’s Night*
    At this event, Aggie football fans are treated to an exciting preview of the upcoming season from our Head Football Coach. Yell Leaders and Miss Reveille are in attendance at this high energy gathering which features a VIP reception, dinner, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes, and vendor tables.

  • Endowments
    The San Antonio A&M Club Foundation has two endowment accounts, the Aggie Park Endowment and the Scholarship Endowment. These endowments were established and invested for the purpose of providing long term stability to maintain our Club home, Aggie Park and helping to sustain our Club scholarship program.

  • Feed the Band
    This event is held on the last Friday of Fiesta. The Club provides a meal to special units from the Corps of Cadets participating in the Battle of Flowers Parade to include the Aggie Band, Ross Volunteer Company, Fish Drill Team, and Parsons Mounted Cavalry.

  • Game Watch Parties
    These game day gatherings take place at various local establishments, and on occasion at Aggie Park. Watch parties are scheduled for all Aggie football games (and sometimes other sports events) and provide a fun environment for the San Antonio 12th Man to support our team.

  • GuadaWHOOP! River Float Trip
    This annual summer float on the Guadalupe River is organized by the Young Aggies, but open to all Aggies and their families. The event provides a fun-filled day of floating with fellowship and food included.

  • Howdy Hour
    New in 2023, this quarterly evening gathering is held at Aggie Park on select Thursdays. Doors open at 5:30pm for networking and social time with hord d'oeuvres & adult beverages. The program format is similar to Monday Lunch featuring a guest speaker. 

  • Monday Lunch
    This weekly event is held every Monday at Aggie Park, except on federal holidays. Doors open at 11am, lunch is served at 11:30am, and the program featuring a variety of guest speakers begins at 12pm.

  • Scholarships
    A major part of our Club mission is to provide scholarships to deserving Bexar County students attending Texas A&M University. Since inception, the Club has funded well over one million dollars in scholarships. The Club currently awards eight $12,000 scholarships every year to incoming freshman students.

  • Sunday With Santa  
    This event is held at Aggie Park on a Sunday afternoon in early December. It is a festive family outing offering holiday crafts, games, activities, food, vendor shopping, and most importantly, photos with Santa.

All of the fundraisers benefit the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation and its scholarship program. Sponsorship opportunities are available for every fundraiser and donations for live and silent auction items are greatly appreciated. If you or your business would like to contribute to a fundraiser, please contact Aggie Park. The San Antonio A&M Club Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity and all donations are tax-deductible.
