Jimmy Hasslocher worked and trained in the Frontier Drive-Ins and Jim’s Restaurant Division. Throughout his career he has served as Vice President, President of Frontier Meat and Supply, and Chief Operating Officer of Frontier Enterprises. In 2006 he assumed the responsibility of President and Chief Operating Officer for the restaurant companies, and in 2015 he became the Chief Executive Officer in addition to being President. Jimmy has volunteered his time in both civic and business organizations throughout his career. He served on the San Antonio City Council from 1981 – 1991 (5 terms) and served as Mayor Pro-Tem during his tenure. He was inducted in the San Antonio Business Hall of Fame in 2013 and has received many awards as a leader in the restaurant industry. Jimmy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Restaurant Association, and is the past President of the Texas Restaurant Association. Jimmy has served as President of the Bexar Metro 9-1-1 District since 1987, and he was instrumental in developing the state-of-the art emergency system that supports Bexar and surrounding counties. Always civic-minded, Jimmy currently serves on the Bexar County Hospital District (University Hospital) Board of Managers, and served as past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG). He is a Lifetime Trustee for Boysville of Texas. As a Texas rancher, Jimmy serves as Chairman of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Operation Game Thief Committee, and serves as Chairman and Advisory Member of the Southwest Texas Junior College Wildlife Management Program.
Brett began his career in 9-1-1 emergency communications as an intern with the Bexar Metro 9-1-1 Network in 1989. He has served the agency in various planning and operational capacities during his 33-year tenure, to include 19 years managing network operations, special projects, training, and geospatial initiatives. Brett was appointed Executive Director by the Board of Managers in 2019.
He is a member of National Emergency Number Association (NENA), the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO), the Emergency Services Interconnection Forum (ESIF), and the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). He participates on numerous regional, state and national committees charged with developing standards for network reliability, Next Generation 9-1-1 integration, and public safety communications.
Brett received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Geography from Southwest Texas State University in 1991. He is a NENA Emergency Number Professional (ENP), Certified Wireless Analyst, and holds numerous certifications in incident management, continuity planning, and emergency operations from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
