Nic, as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of The Association of Former Students, dedicated to fulfilling its noble mission. In 2007, he completed his BBA in finance at Texas A&M University. Throughout his time at A&M, Nic exhibited exceptional leadership as Student Body President, and his outstanding contributions were recognized with the Buck Weirus Spirit Award and the Brown Foundation – Earl Rudder Memorial Outstanding Student Award.

Following graduation, Nic volunteered as a consultant for USAID in Rwanda, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the borders of his university. He later pursued a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, graduating in 2011. Beginning his professional journey as an associate specializing in commercial litigation at Norton Rose Fulbright, Nic brought his legal expertise to bear.

In 2014, Nic joined The Association as Director of Development, where he played a crucial role in fundraising efforts. His dedication and achievements led to his promotion to Vice President of Development in 2016. Overseeing all fundraising and marketing initiatives, Nic's strategic vision and leadership proved instrumental to the organization's success.

In recognition of his exceptional contributions, Nic was appointed as The Association's first-ever Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2023. In this role, he continues to steer the organization towards its goals and supports its ongoing operations. Nic is not only professionally accomplished but also personally invested in the Texas A&M community. He and his wife, Brittany '08, are proud Endowed Century Club members, demonstrating their commitment to supporting the university. Together, they are loving parents to their children Priscilla, Magdalene, Juliana, and Nicholas, who are destined to follow in their Aggie footsteps.
