Egan Little | Monday Lunch

About the Speaker
Egan Little was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended both Texas Military Institute (T.M.I.) at the old campus in Alamo Heights and Alamo Heights High School. He then pursued higher education at Southwest Texas State University. During Desert Storm, he joined the U.S. Army and served as a paratrooper, getting to earn his pay by jumping out of perfectly good aircraft. He was stationed at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, where he guarded the beaches of Waikiki against any potential invasions. It was a challenging role, but he often remarked that people could sleep better knowing he was there.
After three years, Egan returned to Texas and met the love of his life, Amy. The two married and had two wonderful children, both of whom participated in the Agriculture Program at Madison High School. Egan has also been fortunate to work with his grandfather, who passed away at the age of 106, and his father at L. C. Vending Company, a business founded by his grandfather over 70 years ago.
Egan is deeply devoted to his faith, his country, and his family. He appreciates the opportunity to share his experiences with the San Antonio Livestock Exposition & Rodeo, an organization that has positively impacted his family and countless others.
