About the Speaker

Major Gift Officer - Texas Public Policy Foundation and Chair of Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association.

Elianor is a Major Gift Officer with the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She is also the managing partner of Vessali Family LTD where, as a Real Estate Broker, she directs the administrative side of the business along with the single family and multi-family real estate investments. In 2018, Elianor was elected to College Station City Council place 4. Prior to that, she served two years as an appointed College Station Planning and Zoning Commissioner. In November 2021, Elianor was appointed to fill the unexpired term as the Brazos County Republican Party Chairman. She was elected for a second term as Republican Party Chairman in 2022 and served out that term until 2024. Elianor graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science and obtained her law license following her graduation from South Texas College of Law. Prior to settling in College Station, she worked for Ernst & Young in Geneva, Switzerland and then returned to Houston, Texas to teach high school Chemistry as a certified Science teacher. As a former cadet at Texas A&M, she serves on the Board of the Corps of Cadets Association and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for the 2025 term. Elianor also enjoys any opportunity to travel and regularly visits family overseas in France, Switzerland, and Italy.
