Susan DeLano is the Director, Development for the American Diabetes Association and the reigning Elite USA Queen of the World. A proud military wife and devoted mother and grandmother, Susan is a purpose-driven leader guided by faith and the Prayer of Jabez. She has turned personal challenges into a mission to uplift others, raising millions for scholarships, research, and community programs. Susan leads with compassion, integrity, and servant-hearted purpose, inspiring others to embrace their worth and reach their God-given potential.

About the Presentation - Director of Development

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1940 dedicated to preventing and curing diabetes and improving the lives of those affected by it. The ADA funds research, provides education and advocacy, and offers resources to help people manage diabetes and reduce the risk of complications. Its mission is to lead the fight against diabetes and support healthier communities through awareness, prevention, and care.
