About the Speaker

Katrina Campbell is the CEO of the Brighton Center, a nonprofit organization that focuses on pediatric intervention and education for children with disabilities or developmental delays and their families. Brighton is one of the largest non-profits in San Antonio in not only revenue size ($22M) but in children served (4,000+ children/80k+ services) and is continuing to grow and evolve to meet the communities needs.

Katrina values progress towards achieving the mission, not perfection. Under her leadership, extreme value is placed on the constant pursuit of better ways all to better serve children and families. Alongside her executive team and the 200+ staff members that work at Brighton, they approach every situation as a team and embody accountability and integrity in all that they do. Brighton has been a top finalist in the large category for Best Places to Work from the Non-Profit Times and the San Antonio Business Journal every year under her leadership as CEO since 2021.

Katrina has been at Brighton Center since 2011 and began as the organization’s Chief Development Officer where she increased fundraising revenue by more than 50% and played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to its size today.

Mrs. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Biology, a Non-Profit Management Certificate, and she is a Certified Fundraising Executive. She was named a recipient of the San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2017. With more than 15 years serving in the nonprofit field, Mrs. Campbell has developed deep connections with nonprofit leaders, as well as the philanthropic community. She serves on the Believing for Bryleigh Board of Directors, a 501©3 committed to supporting families who have children with a leukodystrophy and is a proud member of Women United, a group of United Way Bexar County.

In addition to her many professional roles, Mrs. Katrina Campbell is married and has a son and a daughter. She loves to coach their basketball teams and take them on adventures in her free time.
